> We have been waiting for the road and drains outside our Commerical property at 35 Philips street to be repaired. We have been advised that the drainage in the road rose up in the earthquake which means our storm water drains no longer flow. We are wondering when this will be rectified by the Council. Can you please advise. Thanks, Sharon
