> Whitebaiter ute driving into Riverlaw Tce Esplanade Reserve where there is no road. People walk down the path & children ride bikes etc. The whitebaiter drove off the road into the reserve & has churned up the grass. The residents would like a bollard put in place to prevent this from happening. The problem was bad last year. We have just started a Community Care group down there endorsed by Heidi Wilton - ranger, & we do not feel safe to undergo our voluntary work while vehicles have access to this area
