> Whats happening with rubbush bins in parks. The bins st Beckenham patk have been removed and 1 single fat balky bin installed. Was the community consulted? My understanding is that stakehokders associated to thd park gave not been consulted. Perhaps some discussion can be had with end users to find a solution?
