> At approx 10am on Wednesday 25/08, we observed the driver of this vehicle taking paving stones from the Red Zoned area as marked. We are picking this is unlawful activity (especially during COVID Level 4 Lockdown and tried ringing 105 (Police). The waiting time on the call was too long for us to wait and we have resorted to using this media.
