> These trees are on the footpath but I’m not sure who is responsible for pruning them, the owner or the council. They are quite big now and one isn’t in the greatest of health. Please can you advise me how to get them pruned as in summer they’re a walking hazard. Many thanks. The are outside 77 Landsdowne Terrace.
