> I heard a Chainsaw cutting this tree down at 11.40pm on Friday Night 15th August. Drove down to the Lagoon only to see 2 cars driving away from the scene at very high speed. I found this coat and Jacket right by the cut down tree and the following day a neighbour noticed a helmet "Face Guard" lying on the ground next to the tree. I took the collected items to 'Tree Tech' on the Monday morning and they informed me it was now "An In House" conversation. The main points as I see it, this is a huge Health +Safety issue as well as cutting down a living tree in a Conservation park area. As footnote, I took a walk around Tree Techs Workers car park and I'm 90% sure that one of the vehicles that sped away from the tree felling incident, WAS that particular vehicle. I mention this because any Arborists in my view would clearly explain that, that tree felling has a very Professional look to it. Also, should that tree have fallen on one of the culprits in the Dark or myself for that matter, as I approached them in the Dark, this situation could possibly have been suddenly elevated to a far more serious type of Health +Saftey Incident.
