> Can a chain gate be added to the car park at the end of Bower Ave. There are constantly cars parking in there and playing music so loud which makes it difficult to sleep at night. I would like to add a video to show how loud but that is not possible. Noise control can't be called to this location as they don't come to car parks. A chain fence would be greatly appreciated.
