> These tags are on the bridge beside the footpath/cycleway between Daresbury Lane and Fendalton rd. These have been here for more than a year! I sent these through a long time ago. Kiwi Rail have a very slow and negligible response to tagging on their assets. This has been bought up at several grafitti meetings. Have they committed to responding any better to this ongoing issue across their network? This is just a small example. Thanks.
