> Further to my phoned complaint at 6.25am the road workers have now begun to operate digger equipment on road. at 6.40 am. My address is 30 maxwell st not 91 matipo st and work is happening around 36. This is not listed on ccc roadworks site. Orange cones everywhere so there must be a traffic plan. I have video. Sounds like they are scraping the road. It’s not continuous but should not happen till at least 7am.
