> Hi there I live at 10 Merton Pl. we have a council alleyway that runs down one side of the property. About 2 years ago the alley way got repaved, the workers doing the job knocked a couple of the palings off which have never been replaced as they didn’t do it before they left. We find this detracts from our property. The fence (must be over 60 years old) in general is in a state of disrepair due to the foliage from the alleyway tearing it apart over time. In the recent winds part of the fence blew down which I have stropped up where possible, although most the fence is rotten, so only a temporary fix. If you could please look into this would be much appreciated, and if you need any further info please get in touch. Thanks Graeme
