> There is a stormwater sump outside #31 Pacific Rd (Jutland St side) that collects lots of rubbish whenever it rains. This causes the drain to block and flood. Can it please be cleaned by a sweeper truck? There is also a City Care cone that turned up one morning that hasn't moved for about a month. Can that also be removed.
