> This car was abandoned outside our house about 6 months ago. A month or so later some gang members tried to tow it away but were unsuccessful. Last week they came back again and blocked off our driveway while looking at the car. It’s been tapped up, has a slashed tyre and a tow rope hanging off it. I am concerned about safety hazard this car poses, especially if there is gang members coming back.
