> What's with the control of the gate at the Millbrook Reserve? We have been back in our rebuilt house adjoining it since the start of July. Last night was only the 3rd time it has been locked. It was done at 12.08 a.m. It is now 9.35 a.m. and the gate is still locked and people wanting to park are having to reverse out into the traffic to try to find a space on the street. The gate is there to discourage the "yobs and yahoos " that over-run the reserve at night. Well that doesn't work if it' never closed!
