> A contractor was working on the sewer lateral outside my neighbour's house (18 Lascelles Street) today. I came home to find that they had accessed my property without permission to use the garden tap, left a muddy mess, disconnected my irrigation system and left mud in the end of the irrigation pipe (which is likely to clog the sprinklers) - see photo. If you have a record of which contractors were doing this work, I would like them to contact me and explain their actions.
