> Any advice on what we can do to stop people parking their cars and Lime bikes and Lime scooters across the footpaths on Chester Street East. It happens consistently outside 155 and 157. I call the parking enforcement officers when a vehicle is there but wasnt sure how CCC deals with Lime devices. Thx.
