> The boom on the Heathcote River will not collect rubbish while it is setup incorrectly. The flap which is meant to stop collected rubbish from exiting the boom on the incoming tide is currently set to prevent rubbish entering the collecting space. Please fix this...it is upsetting to see rubbish escaping the boom because of incompetence on someone's part...the boom works fine if it is set properly!
