> No water in sumner pool for little ones. Abit sad when it's a hot day and no one can use the public facilities for their little ones. Especially because the beach has so many dogs on it and no one cared to control their dogs. Their needs to be better management on council behalf for this facility and more control and fines for dog owners not adhering to the bylaws here.
