> Culvert no 2 on Middle Road, Pigeon Bay is a disgrace. The overflow goes into our property along with shingle, as you can see from photos. Damaging fence posts and wires. As ratepayers we would appreciate urgent attention to clean up this mess on our property and rectify the culvert/drainage.
