> I reported this burnt out rubbish bin months ago and nothing has been done about replacing it !! I walk along the ramp every morning and I am constantly picking up rubbish and there is only 1 rubbish bin for the whole card park on the north ramp to put rubbish in. The closest one is near the toilets beside the whale pool
