> This has been on the footpath for a month. We are selling our house next door and it’s disgusting they think they can just leave their rubbish in the footpath. They leave their bins on the footpath 24/7 park their car over the footpath constantly we all abide by the rules I am sick of it. I am having open homes and they just leave this garden rubbish on the footpath right at my entrance over a month has gone by it’s unacceptable and the council should have noticed it themselves
