> We are unable to complete planned plumbing work as we cannot turn off our water supply at 48 Hopkins Street. Our plumber said the valve is faulty and normally would turn readily in either direction but it does not turn far before it stops turning. Unable to turn it off and his advice is to have it looked at by the council.
