> All of this cones from the first proprry in the community housing block. Every week they use the street as their own personal rubbish bin. This causes issues with pedestrians and especially our clients who arrive in wheelchairs. They are happy to put pellets all over the pavement leaving no room to pass. I reported this several times now and nothing has been done. We are about to start throwing it back into their yard, which i am sure will not end well!
