> Several weeks ago contractor performed some trenching work. After filling in the trenches they topped them with soil, threw in some grass seed, erected the barrier and left. The top soil was obviously full of weed seed. Surely this doesn't qualify as reinstatement. Please advise if they are expected to rectify this.
