> This is the baseball park at the Avonhead Park. We can see the football fields are being taken care of on a regular basis but this ball park is abandoned. Members of the Astro baseball club have to come and do the maintenance and this is very frustrating. Trustees of the baseball club and Canterbury Baseball Association have mentioned that the Christchurch City Council and/or CityCare is not doing their job and not keeping their words to do so. They said their voices are not heard. I am a ratepayer and this is not on. I wish to take this matter to the right person in charge and have a further discussion from there. This needs to be resolved fairly and reasonably.
