> This cone has appeared on our drive covering a sunken cover plate. We don’t know why it’s there as we haven’t heard anything, the drive is shared by two other neighbours who don’t know nothing about it either. Under the cone does need repairing and iv snap sent pictures about this before. We don’t want a unsightly cone stuck on our drive and we would like the covers to be fixed, who’s responsible for this, who’s responsible for that part of the driveway, it was dug up for pumping liquefaction shouldn’t it have been put back to its original way after? Frustrating.
