> To whom it may concern, as a rate payer in Christchurch, I wish to know how much longer myself and fellow neighbours are expected to endure the acrid black smoke permeating out neighbourhood? Due to your gross negligence you are putting myself and my fellow residents health at great risk. I wish to know what is being done to minimise this risk and what compensation can be expected as a result? Your immediate response would be both expected and appreciated. Regards WJ Roberts
