> While I applaud the council for employing blind people, I don't think it is a good idea to let them use the lawnmower. The cutting of the grass on the riverbank is atrocious and incomplete. If this was none in the private sector then you would get fired, if you paid someone else to do it you wouldn't pay them. I can't believe it that my rates is being wasted on shoddy incomplete work. Maybe we should all jot pay our rates.
