> Hi, we are about to seal the driveway at 18 Soleares ave .. however your roadside sump that recieves our water is always full of water, even on a dry day (see pic). Because of this, when it rains the stormwater from our driveway to 24 doesnt get taken away but quickly backs up causing flooding. We worried that the new asphalt will be undermined. Could you take a look. Thanks
