> Rocking Horse Rd - Southshore Approx half of the cars driving down here are doing a lot more then 50km p/h and the buses can fly down here too. There can occasionally end up being tailgating and road rage. What needs to be done to have a review of the speed limit or installation of some kind of speed deterrent system?
