> Water flowing rapidly both from drain underneath the footpath and possibly from one or two Tobies as well as probably from the property inside the fence at 583 Barbadoes Street. Young woman from a neighbouring flat says it’s been like this “for at least 3 months”, despite repeated reports to Council. I suspect a comment from a male at 544 Barbadoes Street also refers to this leak. As if this isn’t enough, water is also pouring down the gutter driveway of 583 2,C and 4 Barbadoes Street, apparently from an underground drain pipe leak in the driveway for the second to last flat down the drive. SnapSendSolve ran out of photos space for that one :(. Given the seriousness of the 2 or more leaks here, I’d make this a high priority repair job. If up to owner(?) ask them to clean it up ASAP. Finally, please forward this email to the CCC Graffiti Program for their information. Thanks. 2 traffic cones on the footpath are an insufficient response to date?
