> Outside McDonald's Hillmorton, on Sylvan St. Noticed last week, someone had prised open the two lids for the irrigation control and turned the taps on (which has not been used for many years). Resulted in flooding of the immediate area. I turned off the taps and sealed the lids shut with screws to prevent someone getting into them again. Water is still leaking from the ground near it onto the street. It began to swell up at one point so I poked holes in ground to help release the water. I think that somewhere between the tap and where the water comes from there is a leak which is causing it to continue to flow
