> I'm not sure who owns the empty section opposite us. (We are at 18 ashboult) but the grass is up to my waist and the other neighbours are using it as s dumping ground for there lawn clippings etc. it's the only empty section left in the street and a bit of an eyesore. I would like the owner to be reminded to keep it trimmed especially coming into fire season. Thank you
