> Since feb2011 EQ there has been mud and silt running off an empty section at 124 Cannon Hill Cres, Mt Pleasant that causes blockages at the drain opposite 12 & 14 Valley View. It has been doing this for 5.5years now since the property was demolished after the EQ. The owner of the empty section is aware of this, However they have no plans to do anything about it. This is a main drain and any blockage will have a significant impact.
