> Chronically overcrowded footpath, with trip hazards for school children and families. Kids walking scooting and learning to bike , dogs, prams, car doors all competing for space on a weirdly narrow footpath outside of Heathcote valley school. Awkward stone area makes footpath narrower and easy to trip on the uneven surface deciding the two surfaces.
