> This vehicle has been parked in the same spot for over a month at the entrance to Sepia Lane, off Centaurus Road, Huntsbury Hill, Christchurch. It is posing a problem mainly for residents turning into and exiting Sepia Lane. It is a busy road and has a cycle lane and oncoming traffic is difficult to see. There are also roadworks at present making things worse. Thank you.
