> Grass is over grown and needs cutting A walk way between Port Hills Rd and Flinders Rd Heathcote Christchurch. The road frontage gets mowed often but never the whole area. In summer this becomes very dry and could be a serious fire risk. I have only recalled this ever being mowed every few months not really good enough for a walk way that’s used daily by the locals. Also the the trees, and hedges are very over grown and never maintained.
