> I took this photo on 25 October and reported it to the local council office. I see a photo of the same rubbish bin in today's Akaroa Mail. It seems nothing was done after I reported it, requesting more rubbish bins for the town. Maybe I should have gone to the Akaroa Mail that time. I guess I still could.
