> Every day this house place their bins along Perth Street to save car parks for themselves on a very busy residential street. They harrass anyone that moves them. They have 3/4 cars for their house, yet never use the mud driveway they have behind the house. This has happened every day since they moved in a few months ago and they need a fine and a talking to.
