> Hi, they are putting in a new water main in our street. There is a large CCC grass area at the front of our property which is being partly dug up. I mow and maintain the grass area but it isn’t great soil or grass. Would it be possible when they rehabilitate from the pipe work, that they scrape off the topsoil from the whole area? If the just left a truck load of soil and plenty of seed i would be more than happy to level off, sow the seed, water, and get established, then mow for the next 25 years!
