> Re lack of rubbish bins and dog waste bins in the Longhurst Halswell parks & reserves. I have asked before & the problem was between the developers & the council. People now drop rubbish, leave broken bottles, drop dog waste bags etc. Can we as ratepayers please have the basics i.e.Rubbish bins in public areas.
