> Cars are parking on the vacant lot. To get there they are driving up the footpath and shared path. There are a lot of people, and especially children walking to and from weekend sports over the road at Hagley Park. There is a proper driveway they further up Dean's avenue that cats could use to access the empty lot, but it's been blocked with concrete blocks. A bollard should be installed to stop people driving on the footpath and shared path. The concrete blocks should be removed and replaced with a gate that could be opened on the weekends to let people park on the lot for weekend sports.
