> Hello there the beautiful weeping elm in the Merivale reserve has had a branch break off. Could consideration be given to cleaning up the branch that’s on the ground and attending to where the break is up higher in the tree. ? This is so that disease and rot doesn’t get into the historical magnificent tree. It looks as if humans may have been swinging on some of the low weeping branches so maybe the arborists might consider lifting the canopy ??
