> Flag posts all missing, no nighttime wet weather visibility, a dislodged separator was in the middle of traffic lane and could not be seen in the conditions. I struck it and nearly lost control at just 45 km/h. Damaged my wheel and suspension. I parked safely and picked up the separator and put it aside. There are bolts sticking out of the ground where I regularly see drivers ignoring the turn restrictions. If you are going to have these TCDs then maintain them.
