> This is a section of the cycle way alongside the Southern Motorway between the Halswell Junction Rd and Springs Road over bridges. Weeds have become very tall in the planted area with many seeding profusely and the barrier side has tall weds as well. It looks unsightly and narrows the width of the cycle way considerably and is therefore a safety hazard
