> Flooding runs off the sites where houses have been removed. on red zone land above number 10 Hays Rise during rainfall and after. The water runs through number 10 and floods at back door and through our yard. The water is going under our concrete foundation. The planing has had to be replaced several times due to their roots rotting. CCC have been advised via Red Zone Ranger and his manager. We have had no contact from drainage section of council. This happens every time it rains.
