> Twice this week commercial rubbish bags left on street front. Picked apart and scattered by birds and animals, rubbish and waste on pavement was quite revolting. Particularly strong smell this morning and it's badly fouling the pavement. Not certain if it's from Yamagen or Delhi Belly but they should be using proper waste containers NOT placed on the street front surely?
