> Counsel houses (cole place)are being built over my back fence and the water is running down the trench they have made between the patios they have built off the back of the housing and coming under the fence and flooding my back yard. I have lived here for more than 2 years and gone through several rain events with no flooding at all. This is the first significant rain since they have been build and my back yard is flooded and getting worse every hour. Really need the counsel to remedy this asap!
