> House above us namely: 2 View Tce Huntsbury was extensively renovated, section / landscape significantly modified i.e. raised, leveled, retaining walls, concrete surfaces, lawns and gardens. Suffice to say, suface and ground water flows off this property onto and through our property breaking through retaining wall ( as the attached photos indicate ) depositing sediment and then flowing on under the house itself. Before said modefications made to above neighbouring property the problem did not exist.
