> It is approximately 08.40 Saturday. All three rubbish bins at Abberley Park are overflowing and the overflow blowing around the Park. It not only looks disgusting, but is a Health and Safety issue for the many who will visit the Park over the weekend. The bins need to be cleared more frequently.
