> On the 16/09/21 I reported that our red bin lid had broken off on one of the hinges. On I was text job number 467271. On the 7/10/21 I received at text Job 467271 has been completed or has been added to our schedule over the coming weeks. Thanks, Christchurch City Council. *Do not reply*. Today is the 20/12/21 and the bin lid has not been repaired. I have rung again today and told it will be fixed this Wednesday. No apology either. Follow up on bad customer service please.
